PFSweb Appoints Monica Luechtefeld to Board of DirectorsALLEN, TX--(Marketwired - Apr 3, 2014) - PFSweb, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFSW), an international provider of end-to-end eCommerce solutions, has appointed Monica Luechtefeld to its board of directors effective immediately.

For more than 20 years, Ms. Luechtefeld held executive leadership positions within Office Depot in multiple departments, including eCommerce, supply chain, information technology, marketing and business development. Her tenure included roles as Executive Vice President of European eCommerce and Executive Vice President of eCommerce and Digital Marketing, among others. In 2012, Ms. Luechtefeld founded her own consultancy, through which she has supported Office Depot and other companies in their execution of online and small business strategies in eCommerce and digital retailing. She also serves on the board of trustees for Mount St. Mary's College and March of Dimes. 

Ms. Luechtefeld was a founding member of Shop.org where she serves as a board member, Emeritus. She was also an appointee to the Homeland Security Private Sector Senior Advisory Committee, a founder and board member of the Open Buying on the Internet Consortium, an advisory board member for Internet Retailer magazine, a member of the Business Roundtable Technology and Cyber Security Board, and board member for the Institute for the Economic Empowerment of Women.

Ms. Luechtefeld received her B.S. degree from Mount St. Mary's College and her M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. She also received an honorary doctorate degree from Mount St. Mary's College.
